This policy explains how we handle personal data on HerbaShape.ch, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG, in force since 1 September 2023).

What data we process

  • Communication — messages you send us by email or contact form.

Why we process it

To fulfil orders and contracts, provide customer support, meet legal and accounting duties, and — only with your consent — to send updates. Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligation, and your consent.

Sharing & hosting

Data may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment, delivery). Our hosting is provided by Infomaniak, Switzerland. We do not sell your data. Where data is transferred abroad, we ensure adequate protection as required by revDSG.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. 10-year retention for accounting records under Swiss law).
