Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Swiss law

Unlike the EU, Swiss law does not give consumers a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. The return option below is offered voluntarily.

Voluntary returns

You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first at support@herbashape.ch to arrange the return. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in line with your statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned goods.
