1. Scope

These terms govern all orders placed through HerbaShape.ch, operated by an independent Herbalife Member (see Legal Notice).

2. Products & prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final — no VAT is added or shown, as the seller is not registered for Swiss VAT (small-business exemption, Art. 10 MWSTG). Delivery costs are shown before checkout. We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions.

3. Orders & contract

Displaying products is not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We reserve the right to decline an order.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We do not offer free delivery.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout TWINT, credit/debit card and invoice. Payment terms are stated at the time of purchase.

6. Returns

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Note that Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases; any return option we offer is voluntary.

7. Warranty & liability

Statutory warranty rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8. Health disclaimer

Our products are food supplements and cosmetics, not medicines. They do not replace a varied, balanced diet or medical advice.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
